Canon ip6600d Direct-to-Disc Printing
After buying a tray off of eBay and following the simple instructions to mod the printer (http://pixma.ulmb.com/), I got an American Canon ip6600d to print directly onto discs. Total time for actual printing: ~40 secs. Sweet!

Getting screwed by HP tech support
My printer tray (the plastic thing that holds up the paper in the printer) got broken during my move, and I’ve been temporarily using a DVD cover of “Wild Things” to do the job.

DVD update & VHS shenanigans
A bit of a mixed bag of nuts here. From a G-rated BMX film on DVD to an X-rated preview tape on VHS, and everything in betwixt.
The box set of the films of Jodorowsky has a standard retail price of AUD$80 and is out of print, but still available in a few stores.
Don’t Look Now was never X rated. It was initially R in the 1970s, and has been M since 1984.
The old MEDA tape shown here was released in 1978.
