I do seminars and I make my own dvds to sell. At first they looked homemade but then I found these guys and now they look professional! Does anyone know of any places where I can buy DVD cover art?
I know all about cdcovers.cc and all those type of places where I can print them out myself. But it’s just not the same as the real deal. So does anyone know of a site or forum/community of some sort where people offer up DVD inserts and covers, boxsets, etc. that they no longer need or want?

I presume you mean the Windows Paint program, but the general principle applies to other drawing programs too. Take the cover from a standard DVD and measure it with a ruler. That is going to be the final size you need. Then do a test print of your work. It will come out to a different size. Measure that, too. Then go to the File menu and select Page Setup. This will give you a chance to adjust the Scaling, to bring your picture to the appropriate size.
Alternatively, if you want to start with a bigger image, you can go to Image | Stretch/Skew and stretch the image in both directions to the size you want. Confirm by going to Image | Attributes. It will say 76 x 76 pixels, but that is simply a screen resolution. For a decent print you need 300 pixels/inch, so a picture 5 inches high needs to measure 1500 pixels.

DVD covers are usually found on DVD’s. If you buy the DVD’s, then you should have a DVD cover included.
If the material is not commercial, then you can copy the cover using a scanner, and print it using a printer.
If this is not feasible, then you should search for the item on the internet, searching for images.
Once you find an image, you can download it, open it, and print it.
This is very very easy, I think really you haven’t tried everything – it seems that you haven’t really tried anything at all.
